Older spectrIm-QMRS downloads
This page preserves the older spectrIm-QMRS ZIP releases for users who need to reproduce a previous analysis, compare behaviour across versions, or maintain an established v2.x workflow. New users should normally start with the self-contained version 3.0.1 Alpha package on the main download page.
Use older releases with care
The 2.0.x releases are installation-based legacy releases. They require external Java and, for some preprocessing workflows, external Python/R components. The old website noted that releases from v2.0.11 onward are not backward compatible with earlier v2.0.x versions. Keep old projects, settings, and boot directories separate when comparing releases.
Version 3.0.1 Alpha uses a different self-contained packaging model
and should not be run in parallel with the old
.SpectrImClinicalBoot v2 setup.
