The previous website contained several video-only tutorials. This page preserves the useful material, identifies legacy installation steps that are no longer normally required in version 3.0.1 Alpha, and points users to the new written walkthroughs where the GUI has changed.
Version 3.0.1 Alpha changes the training story because the application is distributed as a self-contained ZIP package with the required Java and Python runtime components included. Older videos about installing external runtimes remain useful as historical reference, but they should not be treated as the default installation path for current clinical users.
Workflow videos are more durable than installation videos. They are therefore either embedded directly or linked to the corresponding version 3.0.1 Alpha page, where the video can be checked against the current GUI and gradually replaced by still-image walkthroughs.
The interactive processing tutorial has already been ported to a full written workflow page. It remains the most useful legacy video because it demonstrates the central user path from loaded data to preprocessing and simple spectroscopic images.

Valuable expert tutorial material, but partly superseded by the new automatic model creator and the updated expert TDFDFit modelling frame. This should be preserved next if the old video still matches the current modelling GUI closely enough.
The old website included a video explaining how to install Python 3.10.13 for HLSVDPro-related functionality in the v2.x workflow. This is preserved here because it documents the earlier dependency setup and may still help developers or users working with older spectrIm-QMRS releases.
Version 3.0.1 Alpha note: current clinical users should normally use the self-contained ZIP package. Manual Python installation should not be needed for ordinary v3 alpha use unless a developer or maintainer asks for it explicitly.

Legacy configuration video. The old HLSVD settings GUI is deprecated and planned for replacement in release 3.1. The new HLSVD denoising and water-removal functionality should be documented on the v3 HLSVD pages instead.
Preserved as an expert legacy video and wrapped in a v3 page. For clinical users, the recommended route is the automatic TDFDFit model creator followed by parallel CPU fitting; spectroscopy experts can use the modelling frame directly.
The next generation of videos should be short and task-oriented. The most important candidates are: installing/starting the v3 ZIP, loading a DICOM dataset, running automatic TDFDFit model creation, applying a predefined model with the parallel fitting engine, and using HLSVD water removal or denoising in the new v3 workflow.
For pages where the GUI changes rapidly, still-image walkthroughs may be easier to maintain than long videos. They also let the user inspect menu items, console output, and intermediate results without pausing a recording.
